What are your Core Desired Feelings?

Is it the full moon? Is it being in paradise for the launch of my Creating Clarity: Creating Space workshop series? There is something in the air that has me feeling very inspired and connected.

This week is the kick off to the Creating Clarity: Creating Space workshop series in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Hosting an event in paradise brings forth the divine essence within all of us to create ease, develop power and abundance. At the launch I was joined by some amazing women who made a commitment to make their intentions become reality, to harness a clear path of personal fulfillment, happiness, and freedom.

Isn’t that what its all about?

Coming to a place of peace, connection, and freedom. Freedom to think, feel, and be in a way that is true to our authentic self. So, where are the roadblocks?

If it’s so easy to get free and feel inspired then why do we feel so stuck at times?

Experiencing frustration is often related to not giving ourselves the opportunity to create clarity and a roadmap to our personal fulfillment. We need to start by asking ourselves, “How do I want to feel?”

How do you want to feel when you wake up in the morning, go to work, and interact with our loved ones? How do you want to feel when you find yourself in conflict or stress? Most importantly, how do you want to feel about yourself?

In our workshop yesterday, I asked the women to let go. To just let go of feelings of anger, frustration, stress, strife, and worry. To give ourselves the opportunity to have the best year yet and commit to a new path. A path of truth and clarity, a path that feels authentic to your core desired feelings.

When we LET GO of what’s holding us back, it gives us the opportunity to LET IN the universe of possibility. (Tweet it!)

So, what are my Core Desired Feelings?

  • Freedom
  • Ease
  • Confidence
  • Contentment

Freedom was a very strong theme for me in my commitment to take a leap and launch my own business, and it feels so damn good. It feels important to keep a hold on this feeling as it has been a driving force in my path to bliss, reminding me why I am doing what I am doing each day.

Ease feels just right, kind of like my own Goldilocks moment-not too hard, not too soft…just right, easy. Not the cheap, lazy kind of easy but a gentle kindness filled with love and patience along my journey.

Confidence has been coming up for me in a big way. As I share my workshops, make connections with others, and discover where my path is taking me, I feel a strong call to remind myself that confidence and pride are essential to the growth of my self-concept.

Contentment. Contentment was recently added to the list. By nature, I’m a worker-bee, a striver, and goal-reacher. In the past few years, I felt my need to achieve come at a cost of my happiness and bliss, always feeling like I needed to work a little harder, stay up a little later, take on just one more project. Contentment needs to be a reminder to me that life is a journey, one step at a time and to truly slip into the essence of enjoying the ride.
